Food is always excellent, delivery driver female always extremely friendly by far the best chip shop around just even better it’s in the town of Lochgelly

Couldn’t be better! As a disabled customer, this was a perfect chippy at home on a winters night, brought to my door. As hot as if bought in the shop, and as tasty as always. And a friendly delivery driver to top it all off. Best chippy in Fife - first class! Thankyou Golden Fry! Jim.

Arrived before collection time and spoken to lady behind counter and . Waited and waited and sore my food get put into cupboard. only when I asked again about my order did they get it out of a hot cupboard (not so hot) and hand it to me and then asked how was I going to pay. They was sorted quickly. Been going to this fish and chip shop for a while but might have to look elsewhere.

A suggestion ... you've off street orders & online orders for collect. Create designated areas for each. Implemented in businesses I've run previously, better customer & colleagues experience. You run a fab business 👏

Ordered a munchie box and wow the pizza box was full, excellent grub and excellent delivery time.

Great meal well worth the price

Until now there was only one decent place to get a kebab in Fife, well now the Golden Fry is the new kid on the block. An established chip shop with many years experience and a very loyal fan base. Ordering via App is very easy as is by phone. Tonight’s meal was of high quality and delivered in quick time. Definitely my go too for a lovely meal. What’s not to like, give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Food was good as always and hot. Delivered in the time allocated. Was informed it would be 1 hour 50 min, it came after 1 hour 40 min, just felt it was too long of a wait.

Ordered online for collection in half an hour. Turned up to collect, and had to wait a further half an hour to be served my food. They shouldn't state a collection time if they don't intend to stick to it.

It was luke warm tbh had to put it in micro to heat up normally it’s not like that

Was ready for pickup fish could have been crisper but lovely anyway I enjoyed

The fish and kebab meat were really good but the £4 portion of chips spoiled the meal, they were dried up with loads of scrappy bits.

Great meal, the fish was fresh and crispy and lovely authentic chippy chips that are much better than frozen variety. Great service and speedy delivery.

Second time this week everything was good delivery very good and the meal was also very good I would recommend the fritters

Meal ordered 17,45 delivered 19,30 ish I wouldn't have bothered but the fritters were hot the fish was warm at best not quite good enough the fritters were very good the fish could have been hotter,

Although delivery time is good, today we put in order for 17.50 but arrived an hour earlier than expected and was a bit to early.

They applied my request, which kept my fish crispy.

Delivery time can be longer than expected but the quality of food is exceptional golden fry is by far the best chip shop I’ve ever had. Delivery driver very polite food hot fresh and tasty 10/10
