Lovely meal delivered quick meal nice hot

Great meal, the fish was fresh and crispy and lovely authentic chippy chips that are much better than frozen variety. Great service and speedy delivery.

Second time this week everything was good delivery very good and the meal was also very good I would recommend the fritters

Meal ordered 17,45 delivered 19,30 ish I wouldn't have bothered but the fritters were hot the fish was warm at best not quite good enough the fritters were very good the fish could have been hotter,

Although delivery time is good, today we put in order for 17.50 but arrived an hour earlier than expected and was a bit to early.

They applied my request, which kept my fish crispy.

Delivery time can be longer than expected but the quality of food is exceptional golden fry is by far the best chip shop I’ve ever had. Delivery driver very polite food hot fresh and tasty 10/10

The food delivered was good as usual when we ordered we were given a delivery time but it was over 30 minutes late

Lovely fresh fish with crispy batter,great chips and donner meat was very tasty so all in all a top meal.

Arrived 40 mins earlier than we wanted

I ordered at 7.05 and got the food at 9.59 - so almost 3 hours from time of ordering - the food was good as it usually is but the length of time for delivery may mean that I will have to think again before ordering - I usually add an extra half hour to the delivery time because we aren't in Lochgelly but that was not good last night, and even then the drinks that came weren't quite what we ordered either.

My order took 2.5 hrs to arrive when it was marked for ASAP. I phoned the shop twice to enquire was just fobbed off. It was lukewarm on arrival

Very fresh, tasty and quick service

Realise thar it may have been busy in the shop on Thursday when ordered food at 6.30ish but for it to have taken over an hour and a half to be delivered isn't great service. Will order again as never an issue with the food from there but delivery times need to improve

Order took two hours at least to turn up, called twice to see where it was. When it got here it was cold.

Tasty Donner Meat and lovely fresh Fish & Chips.

Food was not nearly as good as usual. Chips were still hard in middle chicken burger bun was burnt, burger was cold and the bun was a mess, hash brown had basically become one with the salad and a tiny bit of bacon on it. Disappointed is an understatement
