When my food was getting delivered the guy actually throw it at me which I wasn’t impressed, he never spoke a word he was not polite at all, so when I opened the chips they was cold and all stuck to the top and bottom of the box so it was more like mashed potatoes and tasted disgusting, to which they went into the bin, the pizza was also cold and undercooked I only took a bite of that and had too spit it out as it was chicken and didn’t want to end up unwell, so in total it was very disappointing and disgusting so I was not happy with my experience at all 😡😡😡😡

Hi Melanie, sorry to hear this again obviously not the first time you complain about us, basically every time you order from us , we sold about 34 chicken pizzas last and no one complained about, we thinking better no use this shop again if we not happy about our food

Couldn’t be better! As a disabled customer, this was a perfect chippy at home on a winters night, brought to my door. As hot as if bought in the shop, and as tasty as always. And a friendly delivery driver to top it all off. Best chippy in Fife - first class! Thankyou Golden Fry! Jim.

Arrived before collection time and spoken to lady behind counter and . Waited and waited and sore my food get put into cupboard. only when I asked again about my order did they get it out of a hot cupboard (not so hot) and hand it to me and then asked how was I going to pay. They was sorted quickly. Been going to this fish and chip shop for a while but might have to look elsewhere.
