2 hours for delivery of 1 pizza and when it come it was stone cold!

The food delivered was good as usual when we ordered we were given a delivery time but it was over 30 minutes late

Lovely fresh fish with crispy batter,great chips and donner meat was very tasty so all in all a top meal.

Arrived 40 mins earlier than we wanted

I ordered at 7.05 and got the food at 9.59 - so almost 3 hours from time of ordering - the food was good as it usually is but the length of time for delivery may mean that I will have to think again before ordering - I usually add an extra half hour to the delivery time because we aren't in Lochgelly but that was not good last night, and even then the drinks that came weren't quite what we ordered either.

My order took 2.5 hrs to arrive when it was marked for ASAP. I phoned the shop twice to enquire was just fobbed off. It was lukewarm on arrival

Very fresh, tasty and quick service

Realise thar it may have been busy in the shop on Thursday when ordered food at 6.30ish but for it to have taken over an hour and a half to be delivered isn't great service. Will order again as never an issue with the food from there but delivery times need to improve

Order took two hours at least to turn up, called twice to see where it was. When it got here it was cold.

Tasty Donner Meat and lovely fresh Fish & Chips.

Food was not nearly as good as usual. Chips were still hard in middle chicken burger bun was burnt, burger was cold and the bun was a mess, hash brown had basically become one with the salad and a tiny bit of bacon on it. Disappointed is an understatement

The food was cold and the meal wasn’t the quality we have before from you. We thought the fish would have been in batter and that there would been two haggis in batter. But we were very disappointed.

Took about one and a half hours to deliver and did nt receive all that I ordered was told the driver would be down with cash for missing items as could nt refund to my card but no one showed up . Not a great service

We ordered at 17.22hrs I phoned at 18.30hrsvto ask where it was as we was told by the app that it was going to be here at that time, I was told it was out on the next delivery when it came at 18.50hrs it wasn’t even hot not even warm this was a disgrace to say how long we had waited on it and. It was a waste of money 😡😡😡

The fish was huge! Lovely delicious and crispy batter.
